Saturday, August 19 from 9am – 12pm at North Church

Hey parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles…we at North are excited about an event we are hosting in August. Tales for Tails will feature furry adoptable dogs from Furever Friends of WNY right here at North Church. We invite children of all ages to bring their favorite book to read to the animals. Also, please bring an inexpensive, new donation to be given to the SPCA for all the great work they do in rescuing animals.

Animals enjoy being read to and children improve their reading skills–it’s a win-win! (Children under the age of 4 must be accompanied by an adult.) Please note: because we will have several animals from the shelter on hand, we think it’s best to leave family pets at home for this event.
