Please support the establishment of the Northtown’s Family Justice Center Satellite in the North Church manse by attending the Town of Amherst Zoning Board of Appeals hearing on Tuesday, May 21, at 7pm, in the town hall on Main Street in Williamsville. Our request is the second item on the agenda.

The manse is currently zoned residential (R3), a zoning which does not permit its use for this purpose. Therefore, North Church has applied for a temporary use permit as a community facility so that a building permit can be obtained and the building modifications needed for the satellite can begin. The need for this facility is great.

It is important to show the Zoning Board of Appeals that members of our congregation support this project. It does not matter whether or not you reside in the Town of Amherst. If you support this, project please attend the hearing. Thank you!
