Help the FJC Satellite

The Family Justice Center (FJC) Satellite next door to North Church is celebrating its 3rd anniversary this February. We have seen more than 250 clients in the three years since we opened our doors. Thanks to so many of you who helped to get it ready to open and who have continued to support it. The community coalition of churches and other groups is an ongoing vital link to the Satellite’s year round operation. These groups partner with us in so many ways: cleaning, making donations of time and goods, by doing outreach in the community, and through financial support.

For the past year, the FJC Satellite has also sponsored a food pantry for the clients who come to us for assistance. We are well stocked with many items right now but the following items are in short supply: Peanut butter, jelly, cereal, canned fruit and fruit cups, applesauce, Spaghetti-O’s, Hamburger Helper, Sloppy Joe, and laundry detergent. Please bring these items to church for the next several weeks so that we can stock our shelves once again. Thank you so much for your ongoing support.
