Around Veteran’s Day 2014, North Church donated items and gift cards for residents of the local VA Hospital. Here’s the response we received:

As we enter a new year, I find…the good folks at North Presbyterian on my mind quite a bit. It seems that the donations you made this past year have been EXTRA helpful during this busy holiday season. The books, the TV/VCR/DVD combo and the gift cards have all come in good (and frequent) use these past few weeks. I’m not sure what we would’ve done in a couple of instances if not for the resources I can now use! Please extend my best wishes to the members of the church for a happy and healthy new year and my sincere gratitude for the help you’ve provided. And thank YOU, for all you’ve done for us!
