A River Runs Through It: Sunday Cinema

Join us Sunday, September 11 at 6:30pm in the Dickinson Room.

We are celebrating water this Fall! This movie shows us water in the most gorgeous Montana surroundings. It also shows the stream of life in a righteous and God-fearing family of the early 20th century. Even then, Norman Maclean and his brother Paul were faced with the pressures of growing up as they tried to find their place in the world. This film is an Oscar winning classic, nostalgic and poignant. Even if you saw it in 1992 it is well worth watching again and follow your own life’s river with your friends from North Church.

With Brad Pitt, Tom Skerritt and Craig Sheffer. Director: Robert Redford
