Join the group of women and girls who meet to make dresses and dolls, have laughs, and enjoy a light meal together! We will be sewing and working on dolls again on October 24th in Westminster Hall. We are present from 4-8pm and welcome anyone for all of that time or for a portion of it.

And it really is true that you don’t have to be able to sew in order to be helpful or to participate in this project. We need doll-makers (no special skills required)! If you decide to join us, please bring scissors and a sewing machine if you have one available. We have fabric, yarn, threads, notions, and other items; however, if you would like to fashion a dress to your own liking we are generally using about a yard of cotton for each dress.

We will be “building” salads for our dinner so please bring a salad “fixing” that can be shared by the group. Beverage and dessert will be provided!

To date we have made 152 dresses!
