Women’s Respite Program
City of Buffalo Senior Services
Buffalo City Mission
First Presbyterian Church
Hispanics United of Buffalo
Community Action Organization/Head Start

Each basket contained the following:
- frozen turkey
- stuffing mix
- cranberry sauce
Badding Brothers Farm Market & Garden Center in East Amherst donated butternut and acorn squash, Wolter’s Bakery in Williamsville donated breads and pastries, and Midstate Bakery Distributors in Buffalo donated Al Cohen’s dinner rolls. We are so thankful for the many donations of canned goods, frozen turkeys, the above noted foods, and hours and hours of time from adults and children related to the project. Surplus canned and dry goods were given to the University Presbyterian Church Food Pantry and to the Amherst Little Free Food Pantry at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Amherst.
Many thanks to our community partners, Congregation Shir Shalom, Temple Beth Zion, Amherst Presbyterian Church, Christ United Methodist Church, students and faculty from Williamsville East High School and the Girl Scouts, without whose support and volunteers this project would not be possible!
