An Earth Day Interfaith Service

Saturday, April 22 at 6pm at Congregation Shir Shalom (4660 Sheridan Dr., Williamsville)

“Saving the Earth: A Scientific and Moral Imperative” is an interfaith service and teach-in discussion taking place on Earth Day. Other participants include the Network of Religious Communities and North Presbyterian Church.

Topics include

  • meshing scientific findings with religious teachings to create a scientific and moral imperative to save the world, and
  • suggestions for how individuals and groups can improve the health of our planet
