You’ve heard the adage “Laughter is the best medicine!” Studies show that laughter is a powerful antidote to stress, pain and conflict. January—after all the stress of the holidays and the cold weather—is the perfect time for you and your whole family to come to a free event where all you have to do is LAUGH and PLAY!

Whether you’ve thought of yourself as creative or not, you are! Come and learn how using improvisation can unlock the happiness that is within you! This free, improv workshop with Drew Ludwig, pastor of Lafayette Ave. Presbyterian Church in Buffalo, will be held on Wednesday, January 21, at 7pm, in Westminster Hall. There will be dessert and beverages.

Rev. Ludwig is also a performer with Buffalo ComedySportz, Buffalo’s longest-running improv group. Pastor Ludwig will teach you the fundamentals of improvisational comedy and help you put them to use in living a faithful and happy life. You will be invited to learn through participation in simple, safe activities of your choosing.
