The communication committee, after some discussion with the web master, staff and members, have made an exciting change to the Website Picture Release Form. No longer will you be required to sign a web release for each event. The new form will cover all church activities from September 1st of 2012 to August 31st of 2013. This will ease the burden on our web master of tracking down individuals at each event. Please print out a copy of the form (see link above) and put it in the communication box in the office. We are encouraging everyone to complete the form for themselves and their children as soon as possible. Please remember that at any point during the year if you would like to change your web release form, all you need to do is place a written note in the communications box.
